Auction Terms & Conditions There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases. Payment due in full on the day of the auction in the form of a bank wire or cash. No checks accepted without a bank letter of guarantee. All bank wires must be received before merchandise can be picked up. As a courtesy, we can accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, however there is an additional 3% surcharge for credit or debit cards. American Express Cards accepted with a 4% surcharge. The credit card on file will be charged at 5pm on the day of the auction unless Customer appears at 715 Vatican Road, Vatican, Louisiana with cash. Checks will not be accepted without a bank letter of guarantee. Credit cards will be subject to the 3% surcharge. We are required by State Law to collect state and local taxes on all auction purchases. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. A preview and inspection period will be held on the morning of the auction from 9am to 12pm. Face masks and social distancing must be maintained at all times. No more than 10 people will be allowed in a single building at any given time in order to meet social distancing guidelines. Please inspect all items carefully before placing a bid. Once a bid has been placed it cannot be withdrawn. Please, no crybabies. The auction will begin to close at 2pm CST on Monday, June 22, 2020, beginning with Lot # 1 and with each subsequent lot closing approximately 7 seconds behind the other. In the event of a last minute (or sniper bid), the system will automaticlly extend the bidding out for two minutes to give other bidders a chance to raise their bids. A maximum bid may be placed and the system will automaticlly bid on behalf of the bidder up to the their max bid. We encourage bidders to place their maximum bid to avoid confusion and avoid being outbid at the last minute as many items may be closing simultaneously and you may not be able to watch all items that you are interested in. This auction is being held in accordance with the Court Order issued by United States Bankruptcy Judge John W. Kolwe in case No.. 20-50413. All items must be removed from the auction site on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 from 8am to 4pm. The chemical dock (mixing plant) must be removed from the site no later than June 30, 2020. If you are unable to remove your items by the scheduled deadlines, please do not place a bid. We will only have staff on-site in Carencro June 22-23, 2020. Fork lift service up to 5,000 pounds will be available on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 only, for a fee of $25 per lift. For everyone's safety, no other fork lifts will be allowed on the property. This fee is charged in order to rent, transport, and operate the fork lift for our customers. Although one might think this is a lucrative endeavor, it is not! Do the math! We will not provide lifting equipment for the chemical dock equipment. The buyer must make arrangements to load the chemical dock and all of its components.
