All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. It is the bidder's responsibility, whether bidding over the internet or otherwise, to carefully inspect the items before placing a bid. Internet bidders assume all risks associated with not being at the physical auction.
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items, which is capped at $100 per item. There is an additional 5% Convenience Fee for all internet bids, which is NOT capped. For those paying with a credit card, there is an additional 3% buyer's premium, with no cap.
Payment must be made on the day of the auction in the form of cash, certified funds, a check with a bank letter of guarantee before the bidder leaves the auction site.

All vehicles, tractors, and equipment should be inspected carefully by a qualified professional before operating, and all vehicles must have insurance before they can be driven off the auction site. Those paying with cash can pick up their vehicle titles on the Friday after the auction.
All items must be removed from the auction site within 72 hours, otherwise items will be subject to a storage fee of $9 per day, and auctioneer shall have the authority to dispose of or sell any item left on auction site after 5 days (at auctioneer's sole discretion). However Lawler Auction Company, it's Consignors, agents, officers, owners, and employees are not to be held responsible or liable for any item left on the auction property regardless of when the items are picked up. Buyer is solely responsible for the security of the items purchased and therefore should remove items from the auction site immediately.
Absentee bids for certain items may be placed on the internet, however this is done as a courtesy for auction patrons who cannot be at the live auction. Bidders fully understand that the internet and the computer system must be fully functional at the time of the auction, otherwise internet absentee bids may be lost or unavailable at the time of the auction. In the event that the bids are not available at the time of the auction, the auctioneer must rely fully on live bidders who are at the auction, and at such time the absentee bids will become void.
We strongly recommend that you remove your items from the auction site immediately, on the day of the auction. The bidder is responsible for the security of their own items once they have been declared the winning bidder, regardless of when the item is picked up. You are advised to guard against theft, loss, and breakage.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE AUCTION SITE BY TUESDAY AT 5PM. There will be a $9 per day storage fee left on items not removed by the removal deadline.
Titles for vehicles or trailers may be picked up from Lawler Auction Company's offices on the Friday following the auction if the bidder pays with cash. All other titles may be picked up on the second Friday following the auction. Please remember that our gates automatically close for lunch between 12pm and 1pm.
