Description
We have been commissioned by the United States Bankruptcy Trustee, Mr. John Luster and U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Stephen Callaway to auction off certain real estate assets of the Thomas Giles Bankruptcy. The commercial property where Mr. Giles operated a small engine repair shop for years will go on the auction block at 10:00 a.m. in front of the property. Viewing and registration will start at 8:30 a.m. that day (January 24, 2009). A $5,000 earnest deposit (non-refundable deposit) will be required in the form of a cashier's check on the day of the auction, with closing to be held within 30 days of auction, at which time the balance shall be paid in full. If closing does not occur within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited to the auctioneer and the bankruptcy estate.
All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever.
